Terms of Use

Little Yogis Academy® is operated by Busy Minds Franchise Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), Ontario, Canada. These Terms apply when you use this site or buy any of our courses, digital products, memberships, licence plans or coaching calls (our "Services"). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Using our Services
Our Services give training, resources and business support to adults who teach, or want to teach, kids yoga and mindfulness. You agree to use them lawfully and not in a way that harms others or stops them from using the Services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done under your account. Accounts are for one person only and may not be shared.
3. Digital products and downloads
Lesson plans, printables, templates, guides and other downloads are delivered electronically. Each purchase gives you a single-user licence to use the resource in your own teaching. You may not share the files, upload them anywhere public, or give them to anyone else. Because you get access straight away, all digital product sales are final.
4. Courses and memberships
- Access begins as soon as your purchase is complete.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Unless your plan has its own cancellation terms (see section 12 for licence plans), you can cancel a subscription any time before your next billing date, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not give refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
- We may remove access if these Terms are broken.
5. Certificates
A course certificate shows that you completed our training. It is not a government licence or a professional registration, and we cannot promise that any other organization will accept it. Courses described as "Fast Track" or "onboarding" give access to training only and do not lead to Little Yogis Academy® certification. Certification requires completing the full Kids Yoga Teacher Certification.
6. Coaching and consulting calls
Calls (including Mini Mat Chat™ sessions) are prepaid and non-refundable. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your call. Missed calls are forfeited. Coaching is educational and does not guarantee any business result.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout, and applicable taxes are added where required. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your payment details are updated.
8. Refunds
All sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise. If you have trouble accessing something you bought, email [email protected] and we will help.
9. Our content and trademarks
All content in our Services, including text, videos, music, photos, graphics, lesson plans, curriculum, templates and training materials, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. Little Yogis Academy® and Busy Minds Ed. are our trademarks. You may not:
- copy, resell, share or distribute our materials
- share your access with other instructors or organizations
- present our materials as your own
- use our name, logos or trademarks without a signed licence from us
- use our materials to train any artificial intelligence system
10. No guarantees
We share education, tools and guidance. We do not guarantee income, bookings, business growth or teaching outcomes. You are responsible for your own business decisions, insurance, and following the laws and regulations where you teach. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. General
- Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
- Third-party links: we are not responsible for other websites or tools we link to.
- Changes: we may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the update.
- Law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12. Little Yogis Academy® Licensee Terms
These terms also apply to anyone who buys a Little Yogis Academy® licence plan (Educator, Educator Pro, or Studio & Team), operated by Busy Minds Franchise Inc.
1. Licensee Agreement. After you purchase a licence plan, we will email you our Licensee Subscription Agreement to sign electronically. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Licensee Terms and to sign the Licensee Agreement. Your licence to teach under the Little Yogis Academy® name begins only once the Licensee Agreement is signed by you and by us. Until then, you may access your training but you may not market or teach as a Little Yogis Academy® educator.
2. Certification before teaching. Before you teach any Little Yogis Academy® class, paid or free, you must complete your training, submit a short teaching video to [email protected], and receive our written approval.
3. Billing. Monthly plans bill in advance on the same day each month until cancelled, plus applicable tax. One-time onboarding and certification fees are non-refundable once access to the training has been given. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
4. Changing or cancelling. Downgrades and cancellations need 30 days' written notice through our "Change my plan" form or by emailing [email protected]. You may pause once in any 12-month period, for up to 1 month.
5. Our curriculum and brand stay ours. All curriculum, lesson plans, music, printables, videos, templates and the Little Yogis Academy® and Busy Minds Ed. trademarks remain ours. You may not share, resell, copy, rebrand or use them to train an AI system.
6. When your licence ends. You must stop using any Busy Minds Ed. curriculum or trademark immediately. Within 7 days you must stop advertising as a Little Yogis Academy® educator, remove our name and logo, delete downloaded materials, and rename or delete any social media account that uses our brand (for example @littleyogis.yourtown).
7. If you do not sign. If you have not signed the Licensee Agreement within 14 days of purchase, we may cancel your subscription and remove your access. Any one-time fee already used for training is not refundable.
If anything in these Licensee Terms differs from your signed Licensee Agreement, the signed Licensee Agreement applies.
