Little Yogis Academy® is operated by Busy Minds Franchise Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use this site, buy from us, or join our email list. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, billing address, and details about your teaching or business when you create an account, buy something, fill out a form, apply for a licence or book a call.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- Course activity: your progress, quiz results and certificates.
- Technical information: such as your IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- to give you access to what you bought and deliver your training
- to process payments and send receipts and account messages
- to review licence applications and manage licence agreements
- to answer your questions and give support
- to send our newsletter and offers, only if you agreed (you can unsubscribe from any email)
- to improve our site and Services
- to meet our legal and tax obligations
We never sell or rent your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our course platform (Thinkific), payment processors, our email service (Mailchimp), e-signature, form and scheduling tools, and analytics. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local laws.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some parts of the site may not work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as we need it for the reasons above, including tax and legal record-keeping. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
